The DOJ Looks to Recover Over $3 Billion in Healthcare Fraud
The US Department of Justice expects to recover over $3 billion this year from fraudulent healthcare activities. This would represent a near doubling of recovered funds from 2020’s $1.8 billion.
The good news is funds are being recovered. The bad news is fraudsters still got away with perhaps billions more.
